Yes. We encourage ordering samples for quality checks or photography. Purchase the product on Furola, then send your design files with your order number.

Use the Pricing page and product pages in the catalog. For your own shop, create listings that match the specifications you intend to fulfill through Furola.

Products are added through your storefront admin (often manually today). Check Pricing for specs, then create listings that fit your brand. AI Site Manager can help speed up page and product work.

Most custom products are normally produced within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Production time is separate from shipping time. Details: Legal Info.

Sticker batches are processed more slowly—approximately once every two weeks. We may split shipments; additional shipping fees may apply.

Yes. For certain types (for example double-layer dakimakura covers or split-leg body pillow covers), we may split fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply in those cases.

Custom items are produced from your submitted specifications. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See Terms of Service.

Transit time depends on destination and carrier, typically ranging from a few days to several weeks by region after production is complete. See the full table on Shipping Times.

No. Add production time first (usually 2–5 business days for most custom products, longer for stickers and some pillow types), then refer to regional transit estimates.

No. Customs, carriers, weather, and local conditions can delay delivery. Estimates are guidelines, not guarantees.

Use the payment methods displayed at Furola checkout for your order. Availability can vary by location, currency, and payment provider.

Applicable shipping and order-specific fees are shown during checkout before you pay, where relevant.

Contact [email protected] with your order number and photos or details. For eligible issues (lost, damaged, printing errors, wrong item), Furola may remake and resend affected products as described in Legal Info and About.

Custom-made items are often non-returnable because they are produced for your order. Exceptions apply where required by law. See Terms of Service.

Confirm DNS records with your domain provider, then contact Furola support so the domain can be bound in the backend. Propagation can take time.

Common workflows:

• Manual fulfillment: you place the Furola order after your customer orders; we ship and provide tracking for your store.
• Post-paid billing: Furola fulfills first and reconciles product + shipping costs on a monthly or quarterly cycle.
