Furola is built for artists, creators, and anyone selling custom or made-to-order products to fans—especially if you do not want to become a developer, manufacturer, or logistics expert first.
Is Furola only for buyers, or also for creators running a shop?
Both. Fans can order on furola.com. Creators can build their own storefront, list products, and use Furola for production and fulfillment workflows described in our merchant sections below.

Artwork, samples, and listings
Can I order samples with my own designs?
Yes. We encourage ordering samples for quality checks or photography. Purchase the product on Furola, then send your design files with your order number.
How do I submit design files after placing an order?
Email [email protected] (or [email protected]) with your order number and artwork files. Include size, product options, and any personalization notes.
Where do I see product specs and pricing?
Use the Pricing page and product pages in the catalog. For your own shop, create listings that match the specifications you intend to fulfill through Furola.
How do I add products to my personal website?
Products are added through your storefront admin (often manually today). Check Pricing for specs, then create listings that fit your brand. AI Site Manager can help speed up page and product work.
Made-to-order timing
How long does production take?
Most custom products are normally produced within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Production time is separate from shipping time. Details: Legal Info.
Why do sticker orders take longer?
Sticker batches are processed more slowly—approximately once every two weeks. We may split shipments; additional shipping fees may apply.
Can pillow or body pillow orders ship in multiple packages?
Yes. For certain types (for example double-layer dakimakura covers or split-leg body pillow covers), we may split fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply in those cases.
Can I change or cancel after confirming customization?
Custom items are produced from your submitted specifications. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See Terms of Service.

Do shipping estimates include production?
No. Add production time first (usually 2–5 business days for most custom products, longer for stickers and some pillow types), then refer to regional transit estimates.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Customs, carriers, weather, and local conditions can delay delivery. Estimates are guidelines, not guarantees.
Checkout and charges
What payment methods can I use?
Use the payment methods displayed at Furola checkout for your order. Availability can vary by location, currency, and payment provider.
When are shipping fees charged?
Applicable shipping and order-specific fees are shown during checkout before you pay, where relevant.
If something goes wrong
What if my order is lost, damaged, or misprinted?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and photos or details. For eligible issues (lost, damaged, printing errors, wrong item), Furola may remake and resend affected products as described in Legal Info and About.
Can I return a custom or personalized product?
Custom-made items are often non-returnable because they are produced for your order. Exceptions apply where required by law. See Terms of Service.
Themes, domains, and fulfillment
Which storefront theme do you recommend?
For new B2C storefronts in 2026, we recommend the B2C New Mirox theme series (16 layouts). In admin: Shop → Themes Decoration → Renovation Plan → B2C New Mirox.
Why is my site unreachable after connecting a domain?
Confirm DNS records with your domain provider, then contact Furola support so the domain can be bound in the backend. Propagation can take time.
What happens when my customer places an order on my shop?
Common workflows:
- Manual fulfillment: you place the Furola order after your customer orders; we ship and provide tracking for your store.
- Post-paid billing: Furola fulfills first and reconciles product + shipping costs on a monthly or quarterly cycle.
