By accessing or using Furola.com (the “Website”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Website or place orders. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Product descriptions, customization options, prices, taxes, shipping charges, and payment methods shown at checkout apply to your order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill).
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Custom and made-to-order products

Many Furola products are produced using artwork, sizes, options, or instructions you submit. Please review your customization details before the order is confirmed for production.

Because items are made for your order, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rules may differ from standard stocked goods, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See Legal Info for production and policy overview.

Production and shipping

Most custom products are normally produced within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated transit times by region are on our Shipping Times page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Order problems and remedies

If an eligible order is lost in transit, damaged, printed incorrectly, or contains the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] with order details and supporting information.

Depending on verification, order status, and applicable law, remedies may include remake, reshipment, or another appropriate resolution as described in our Legal Info materials.

Acceptable use and your content

You may not use the Website unlawfully or in a way that harms Furola, other users, or third parties. You must not upload or order content you do not have rights to use (including artwork that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights).

You represent that content you submit is lawful and that you have permission to use it for production and fulfillment. We may remove content or refuse orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.

AI platform and creator tools

Furola may offer AI-assisted website building, storefront tools, or related creator features. Outputs may require your review; you remain responsible for published content, product listings, and compliance with law. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and Furola materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or exploit them without permission. Your submitted content remains yours subject to the license needed for us to produce, fulfill, and support your order.

Third-party links and services

The Website may link to third-party sites or tools (for example payment, analytics, or creator utilities). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Termination, indemnity, and liability

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website if you breach these Terms. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Website, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email to [email protected] addresses on file where appropriate.
